What do I need as a tourist?
Your passport, your UAE entry stamp or visa, and your driving licence from home. Licences from most countries are accepted directly. An International Driving Permit helps but is not always required. Send a photo of your licence on WhatsApp before you fly and we will tell you within minutes whether it works.
And as a UAE resident?
Your Emirates ID and your UAE driving licence.
How old do I need to be?
21 or over, for every car in the fleet, including the sports and luxury models.
What is the minimum rental?
One day. There is no three-day minimum and no weekly requirement.
Do you deliver to the airport?
Yes, free, to any DXB terminal, 24 hours a day. Send your flight number and the car meets you at arrivals. No counter, no queue, no shuttle bus.
What does delivery cost outside Dubai?
Delivery anywhere in Dubai and to DXB is free. Sharjah AED 100, Ajman AED 300, Umm Al Quwain AED 400, and Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah AED 500, each way.
How much is the deposit?
Between AED 1,500 and AED 5,000 depending on the car, and often waived. We assess each booking individually; for many customers we take no deposit at all, and nothing is blocked on your card at pickup. We confirm your exact deposit in writing before you book.
How does fuel work?
Return the car with the fuel you received it with. If it comes back short, we charge the cost of the fuel and nothing on top.
How many kilometres are included?
250 km a day, 1,750 km a week or 4,500 km a month. Beyond that, extra kilometres are charged at the rate for your car.
What is Salik?
Dubai's automatic road toll. Each gate charges AED 5 as you pass. Salik during your rental is yours, and we bill it at cost.
What about traffic fines?
Fines can take up to 30 days to appear. You remain responsible for any fine incurred during your rental and we contact you when it arrives. We do not hold your deposit waiting for fines.
What if I have an accident?
Call the police and get a police report: in the UAE no insurance claim can proceed without one. Do not move the car or settle anything with the other driver before the police arrive. Bring us the report and we open the claim. Each car's own policy sets the excess, which we confirm with you in writing once the insurer assesses the claim.
What if I return the car late?
You have two hours' grace at no charge. Beyond two hours a full extra day is charged at your daily rate. If you know you are running late, message us: extending is usually easier.
Can I return the car early?
Yes, but unused days are not refunded.
Do I pay online?
No. Booking here holds the car and sends us your request. We confirm in writing, and you pay at handover.
